Koa Hale is an absolutely beautiful home. The view from the tiled lanai features a breathtaking 180 degree view of the Pacific Ocean, just a great place to relax, have a BBQ and watch the Humpback Whales in the winter months or swim and snorkel right out in back of the house, we always provide snorkel stuff, reef walkers, boogie boards, beach towels, so help yourself. The lanai not only has a gorgeous view but also features a remote controlled awning, outdoor furniture and a gas Weber BBQ.

Koa Hale gets is name from the rare Koa Wood flooring that runs throughout the home. The kitchen/bar and bath areas have granite counter tops and solid Birch wood cabinets. The kitchen is well equipped with side by side fridge and freezer with filtered water and ice maker. Self cleaning Jenn-Aire oven, micro wave, bar area, dishwasher etc. All bath areas are white stone tile, with a large Jacuzzi tub in the master. Both the master bedroom and queen bedroom have sliders that go out onto the lanai, so let the sound of the ocean lull you to sleep!

The home also features a state of the art Mitsubishi Remote Controlled Air Conditioning System which is optional. Large capacity washer and dryer. Remote controlled exterior blinds, true wireless Internet access. We always provide plenty of supplies, help your self. This house is also gated for your privacy.
